Performance highlights

Since flotation in November 2005 Britvic has delivered growth on its key performance measures. Our ambition by 2013 is to grow the Group underlying EBIT margin by 200bps .Our excellent results have been achieved against a backdrop of poor summers since 2006, which demonstrates our ability to grow our business and create shareholder wealth is not dependant on the weather.

Revenue

Since flotation we have increased our GB/International revenue from £670m to £789m, a CAGR of 5.6%. A measure of the quality of our revenue stream is the average realised price (ARP) that we have achieved (Net Revenue / litres sold), we have either grew or maintained the ARP of our key brands as well as achieved share growth since flotation.

EBIT

The EBIT has increased by a CAGR of 10.9% to £97.9m for the GB/International business since flotation. We have outperformed our stated ambition of 10 to 15bps margin improvement in 2007, 2008 and 2009. Medium-term guidance for the Group has been raised to an average 50bps improvement for 2010 to 2013.

EPS

We have seen growth of 17.6% CAGR since flotation in 2005. Our dividend has also improved in the same time-frame, our stated ambition of 2X cover has been achieved in 2009.

Free cashflow

In the last four years we have delivered in excess of £250m free cashflow.
